"My name is Andrene M, I am a new student of the school. The reason I am writing you this evening is to take the time to praise your staff. I have been a LPN for almost 5 years and was told about Achieve Test Prep, which I instantly brushed off. Again the information was brought to me by a fellow nurse and I decided to just do it. I first called 973-685-5488, even though I cannot remember that customer service rep's name, he was very pleasant. I later received a call from a lady named Babara and - wow - her energy encouraged me to keep my interview with Ed Jude. I can't explain his energy and vibes, his detailed information and knowledge of his work, and his different style kept me listening. I left knowing I will be an RN sooner than I had though, being that I don't have any prerequisites. Arlene I met from my co-worker calling her for me, instantly I could hear the smile in her voice when she greeted me, along with her eagerness to help me. Arlene made me feel like if I need her to sit with me one-on-one she would be at my house in 15 minutes.  Every time I call her she makes me feel like I've found a " security blanket". Then I had to meet Judy, again the same exact feelings I received from her. I am taking the time to acknowledge your "team." So many times people report the bad about a person and not the good, I want to thank you for providing me with new found assets in my life that with help me find my new lease on life."
